Hi Gay, I’m Dad! is not like other comedy shows. It's quirky. It’s the customer that orders a half-soy, pumpkin spice macchiato. It calls you right after a first date to tell you how you need to improve. Its idea of a Father’s Day gift is a number 1 Dad mug temporarily re-homed from the local Vinnie’s.

But it has a secret power. It sees things that others don’t. From the truth about Scarlett Johansson, to how sexuality REALLY works, this show has all the tea and spills it with abandon.

From the cast behind the sold out 2019 Sydney University Queer Revue: Dead Bi Morning comes Hi Gay, I’m Dad! - a brand new hour of glitter-spangled sketches, avant-garde dad jokes, and a third thing! Hi Gay, I’m Dad! is presented as part of the 2019 Sydney Fringe Comedy Festival at The Factory Theatre, Marrickville.

Hi Gay, I’m Dad! is an oasis of queer talent in the heteronormative desert. This troupe of tasty treats has worked together to create an inclusive, unique and engaging comedy show for everyone. While none of us IS a dad, many of us have met one! They love this show - and so will you.

Reviews from USYD Queer Revue: Dead Bi Morning 2019

Honi Soit 2019:

‘Dead Bi Morning’ also broaches complex topics of sexuality, identity and gender with ease, switching effortlessly between hilarious comedy and thoughtful realism to ensure the ongoing plight of the LGBTIQA+* community in Australia is equally recognised.

Sydney University’s 2019 Queer* Revue ‘Dead Bi Morning’ is a delight to the senses, expertly balancing education with comedy in a way that is accessible for all audience members.

Queer* Revue is a tour de force of everything you could want from a hilarious night out at the theatre, and some.

Reviews from Pulp 2019:

“The entire cast blew me away. Not a single weak performer in that bunch. I felt like everyone had so much character from the second they got on stage ‘til the second they got off.
