Mark was made in New Zealand in 1987 by his Maori father and Aussie mother before immigrating to Sydney a year later where he still resides today with his Dachshund.

After starting stand up comedy one year ago, it's been an awesome ride and learning curve which has seen the Caucasian perform at some of Sydney's biggest comedy clubs.

Mark's debut Sydney Fringe Festival show 'Bleat' is an honest reflection of the 29 year olds life's adventures and opinions to date and it's obvious this dude has his fair share of interesting tales which are delivered in a laconic style.

Mark talks about growing up in his middle class family and the struggles of being broke. Amongst the insane travelling stories and bizzare observations there is also some deep personal moments where it's clear it ain't all peaches and cream.

In a time when people are a lot more precious it's good to see a dude that still wants to push boundaries with topics and run the risk of potentially upsetting a few punters.
Although new to the stand up game it's hopefully just the beginning for the qualified chef, radio presenter, landscaper, bachelor of fine art student, drummer, surfer and, expect to see more of this cool loser in the future...

"Awesome show! Great stage presence, bizarre material and smooth delivery all mould nicely together and really reflect Mark's personality..." - Steve Hoskins (Comedy Corner)

"Brilliant stuff! 4.5 stars!" - Dirty Thunder

"Yea it's pretty good, slow but good." - Garry Who
