Miss Starr, or "Mister" as her students “accidently” call her, is back on the stage! Facing the challenges of her hybrid life, half - highschool teacher, half –comedian, Lily Starr provides a thought provoking look into youth of today and whether or not they really are “the shit.”

Fearless, powerful and loud are the three adjectives used to describe Lily Starr...’s students. After absorbing their insults and abuse and bottling all that emotional pain, she is now locked and loaded with ammunition finally able to retaliate in a safe, child free,  alcohol permitted arena.

Lily's new self deprecating, observational and musical show will take you back to high school or just straight back home with your horrible teenagers. Either way, you'll feel young again!

Lily is one half of comedy duo Catlovers, who sold out shows for Sydney Fringe Comedy 2015/16 and this year debuted at Adelaide Fringe and MICF with great success. Lily's debut solo show "You're Welcome" was named one of Sydney Comedy Festival 2017 "fresh" acts to see and sold out the run as well as an encore show!

She can't wait to do it all again for "Mister" at Sydney Fringe in September. Do not miss out on Mister- I mean Miss Starr!

"As Beyonce said once, that was a great show" Umbilical Brother, David Collins (on her debut solo show "You're Welcome" May, 2017)

"... tremendously funny look at entertaining, teaching  and finding the motivation to do both in the current climate where everyone is a critic- especially students- if you're a teacher. A relief  teacher by day, Starr dispenses with her Beyonce inspired alter-ego to do battle with surly teens and attempts to liven up their curriculum, often with hilarious results. The upshot of this? Lily's act, including accompanying songs (think Flight of the Concords meets Kathy Griffin) are a refreshing night of comedy. " The Buzz from Sydney (on debut show You're Welcome June 2017)
