It feels like every week, the world faces a new existential threat. But such a barrage of catastrophic events has got Unplanned Melodies feeling tough enough to take on anything, even the actual end of the world. In this brand new, completely made-up show from Sydney's premier musical improvisers, get ready to face Doomsday...and dance.

With a plot line drawn completely from audience suggestions, YOU get to pick how the apocalypse will unfold. Join Unplanned Melodies as they strive to survive whatever armageddon is thrown at them on the night. Because when the world is coming to an end, who better than a troupe of melodic improvisers with no survival skills to guide you through the post-apocalyptic wasteland – with a talented pianist on keys.

Performing together since 2017, Unplanned Melodies are regulars on the Sydney improv scene. Between them they have trained in singing, in improv at the Improv Theatre Sydney (ITS), and internationally with Chicago’s iO Theatre, The Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) in New York City, and clowning at Ecole Philippe Gaulier in France.
