A meta-comedy about the musical Wicked from the hosts of Australia's 15th most popular Music Commentary podcast. 

Fenn and Jack have grown apart after a long hiatus from their acclaimed podcast Music Rules (once ranked 15th in the Music Commentary section of the Australian podcast charts). Fenn has become a socialite Sydney-sider while Jack has turned into gym-junkie Gong-dweller. They decide to put aside their differences and reunite for one final podcast: they have a week to put together an episode about the musical Wicked. The lines between fiction and reality start to blur as their story takes on an uncanny resemblance to the plot of Wicked. 

Combining tertiary-level music analysis with Flight of the Conchords-esque comedy, Music Rules: A Very Wicked Live Show is a meta-exploration of the power of music and the power of friendship.
